The common areas include a couch and TV in the living room, making it easy to move in comfortably. The community also offers great amenities, including an outdoor pool and fitness center. The apartment is pet-free and smoke-free. You would be living with a 24-year-old female roommate. The location is excellent — in a very nice, safe neighborhood right near Super Target, Park Meadows Mall, and with quick access to the highway. Parking is extremely convenient, with lot parking available for just $10 per month, and I’ve never had an issue finding a spot.
