It's a fairly cheap room. You won't be paying any utilities or repairs the house needs. We have two dogs that love people. They are not fans of cats. The room is not furnished in the pictures but it will be ASAP. It's got good closet space and a decent size. My wife and I are generally chill people unless you cross any lines that will be preset.

Obviously, it is a good idea to know if you get along well with the potential new roommate first. Lol. With my budget, I know it'll be a small place. I therefore wouldn't be having much company over. Just here or there, prolly just solo chills and, for the most part, would just be my girlfriend visiting. I have two large collections of things. My Vinyl Record Collection and my Rock (Mineral/Fossil) collection. So hopefully you wouldn't mind rocks displayed all over the place. LOL.
