This is a 4 bed 2 bath townhome. It is separated by two levels upstairs 2/1 and kitchen and downstairs 2/1 with the laundry room separate access to the 2 car garage as well through the laundry room.

With that being said I will also keep your space your space. Although we will be sharing the main space if we communicate the want for people over and not the roomate then I am a ok with that.

Our family lives in a 5 bedroom home in Parker CO, which is South of Denver. We have 3 girls and 2 dogs! We are close to shopping areas, entertainment and outdoor trails. We live close to the Hess Reservoir and the Parker incline! Our neighborhood community is inbetween 2 schools and we are just down the way from the clubhouse and pool.
