I live with my son ive have been hosting for over 16 years now we live in a detached house.with a south-facing garden,pond . patio area,6carparking,internet.over looking fields I am set back on a main road close to vibrant colchester 40 mins , clacton 5 mins the beach 2 mins by car .with excellent . London city centre The area has plenty to do. both active and relaxing .theaters, leisure centres, many restaurants, nightlife, bars clubs, shopping, spa, hairdressers . Beaches lovely walks. . a. sailing, outdoor pursuits. a boating lake Hi I'm happy to provide food at an extra cost, however, there are loads of places to eat and supermarkets 5 mins away on foot. *Children over 4 are welcome and very young babies. * Use of the kitchen * This needs to be arranged at the time of booking and with payment of a deposit. of £50. * use of the washing machine £6.00 per load /use of the dryer £6.00 per load * please take the time to read the information about my home and the house rules. *Payment is via PayPal at the time of booking. which is refundable up to two weeks before arrival. *for stays over 2nights No smoking vaping .drinking drugs and only paying guests .
