This homestay is best suited to younger guests/ students/travelers. Stays of 4 nights minimum NO ALCOHOL/ NON SMOKERS ONLY/ NO ILLEGAL DRUGS Microwave/ rice cooker/ toaster for use. NO USE OF STOVE/ OVEN/ KITCHEN CAT LOVER ONLY. I have cats and they are very well behaved. No cat ALLERGIES. All bedding/ towels supplied CASH PAYMENT UPON ARRIVAL. Thank You I provide some packaged breakfast items included in booking as bonus Microwave/ rice cooker/ toaster/ small bar fridge NO USE OF- stove/ oven/ countertop for food prep Guests with plans/ activities during bulk of daytime/ business hours, outside of the homestay PLEASE- INCLUDING guests who plan to "work remotely"
