Abby Has a Room for Rent

I'm a wheelchair user who needs help with day-to-day tasks during the school year. This room is completely free of charge, in exchange for night-time assistance. I need assistance getting into/out of my chair using a hoyer lift, getting dressed, doing my hair, showering, using the restroom, repositioning typically once per night (I just need help rolling over), etc. I only need assistance at night, so during the day you're free to do whatever (there are shuttle buses on campus that run to Walmart, a mall, etc). I only need help for about 2 hours a day, excluding showering and repositioning at night (repositioning takes maybe 2 minutes, I may have to wake you up though). If you're uncomfortable with a certain component (ex. showering), I'm also very willing to make adjustments to make it work. No experience necessary. Disabled roommates welcome to apply. I am also able to pay a small amount to you for your assistance. A little bit about me and my suitemate: I'm a bubbly, studious person who loves trying new things and is highly involved on campus and my roommate, also a wheelchair user (you won't have to assist her), is an avid lover of books, Swiftie, and fluent in sarcasm.
