It has ONE fully furnished and air-conditioned, large bedroom available, with a very comfortable queen-size bed. LENNYs has a lovely lounge room, spacious kitchen, and a great entertainment room with a 50-inch high definition television. FACILITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: 1) Kitchen facilities are available for guests who wish to cook for themselves. 2) WiFi connection 3) Large laundry equipped with new washing machine and electric flat iron. 4) Laundry powder and toilet rolls are provided. It is in a quiet area with a decent neighbourhood. It is very accessible to all amenities. The supermarket, banks, post office, train station, bus station, pharmacy, surgery, etc. are just 10 minutes away. There is a bus stop at the front of the house going to the train station and also going to Perth City. The place is just 20 minutes away from the domestic and international airports. I am a high school teacher by profession. I am currently working for one of the government entities. I have an indoor cat named Merlot.
