Tim Has a House for Rent

You will be staying in the rear bedroom of a nice quiet house in the suburbs of Melbourne. The house has a lovely garden, with apple trees and grape vines, which you can enjoy from a chair on the covered patio deck. This house is the home of Tim and his wife Oiy, who is Thai. Your room is separated from the rest of the house by a door, though the bathroom and toilet are shared. The room has a single bed (though the photo of the room currently shows a queen bed) so there is plenty of room for the bed, a desk which I can supply, and bedside table. The house is very close to a bus stop and tram, and is a very short walk to the nearby train station and shops. There is an amazing market nearby, which you can get to by bus. Melbourne Polytechnic is a short bus ride away, and so this room would really suit a student who needs somewhere quiet to study.
