Brady Has an Apartment for Rent

Hello! I have a room for rent in my condo in West Sacramento that is available mid September. It's in a quiet area near Nugget, Target and great walking trails along the river. The room comes with a full bed, small closet, bookcase and it's own bathroom. It can be furnished or unfurnished and is on the other side of the condo from the main bedroom. The living room has a large couch, tv, high ceilings and there's a lot of natural light. There's also a parking spot in the garage, plenty of storage and access to a gym and pool. One pet would be considered as long as it gets along with my sweet dog Olive. For dogs, there is a 50 pound weight restriction. I work from home in the upstairs loft (M-F pm) so ideally I'm looking for someone that works out of the house.
