Hello,
This is Elva. My daughter (18 years old) and I live in this pretty house. There are four rooms total, and two are available for females only. We want to run a homestay to embrace different cultures and share our costs.
My house is located in New Westminster, near the 22nd station on the Expo Line (Skytrain), which is approximately an 8-minute walk from our home. It is also near Braid Station, accessible by Bus 128, about a 5-minute walk. There are 7-11, Pizza, and Pho around, quite convenient.
Both beds are quite big. The bed in the bedroom on floor 1 is a queen-size, and the other one on floor 2 is a king-size one.
For meals: The current price doesn't include any meals. If you need any meals, please contact me to confirm the corresponding price according to different meal packages.
I used to host two Japanese girls and one Vietnamese girl for long term, and all were over 1 year. They are all great and cherished experiences and memories for us. I believe that in my home you can find the balance of the West and the Orient, whatever from the perspective of culture and living habits. This balance is quite awesome and important for the newcomers.
I like studying, travelling, yoga and cooking. My daughter likes sports and music, like fencing and badminton.
I have been to America, Germany, France, Italy, Austria, Australia, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, and China (Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau). I like to travel to Japan and Europe. I have been to Japan at least 6 times, including big cities and small towns.
My daughter and I don't have any bad habbits and irregular schedule, which can provide the students safe, quiet, peaceful enviroment, which is quite important for many students.
We sincerely welcome students to live in our beautiful and peaceful home. As well, we also hope the students should obey the rules in our home.
Rules of the house: please keep the private and public areas tidy and organized. Use laundry once a week. No taking others home. Keep quiet from 10:00 p.m. to 7 a.m.
Thanks,
Elva
