Rent entire furnished townhouse for 3-6 month while I’m gone

Hello. I have a unique situation for someone. I am leaving town 1 November and I am estimated to be gone 3 to 6 months. My best friend is having triplets and she’s a single mom so I’m going there to help her. I’m looking for somebody to rent out a room in my townhouse, but she will actually have the whole place to yourself for 3 to 6 months. It’s completely furnished. It’s a fantastic location you are literally 10 minutes from any major landmark. You can walk to the grocery store, dining, bars, etc. it’s a two bedroom 2 1/2 bath there’s a one car garage safe neighborhood. I’m gonna be asking $750 for rent and that includes utilities and there’s a $750 deposit one small pet is OK.
