Daria Has an Apartment for Rent

I am looking for one male boarder for a mostly unfurnished apartment in a two-bedroom, 600 sq ft apartment in south Waltham, near Moody St.. I can supply or help find more furniture if necessary. Close to Brandeis and Bently, not too far from other colleges and universities. He would be the only boarder, the owner lives in her own apartment downstairs. Earliest availability November 1, 2025. No off-street parking, but it’s a quiet side street and it’s not usually hard to find parking. Very close to the riverwalk. I’m looking for someone one quiet and responsible. Unfortunately, the apartment is not handicapped accessible; one full staircase. It also comes with a yard. I'd love to cut the rent for someone who really enjoys light garden and has experience with it.
