Victoria Has a House for Rent

January 2026 Well we were just told by our long-term roommate he got his own place, he’s been here for 4 years and so we will have a room available in our very large 4 bedroom home in South Burlington VT home, The rent is shared, and is 1,100.00 for the room, everything is included Cable/wifi or internet depending on what you want to call it, lights, water and Sewer, heat, and trash and recycling removal.The only things not included are your food, toiletries and snow removal and lawn maintenance, so you have to help with the shoveling for the steps,walkway and deck,or use the snowblower for the driveway, and lawn maintenance, and leafs in the summer. We all do our share in this as we don’t leave it up to one person. It is a large 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, big kitchen, dining room, huge living room, enclosed heated porch, this is the only place you can smoke or vape unless you go outside as smoking nor vaping is allowed in the house .., laundry room with washer and dryer home. It’s can be fully furnished or we can remove what you don’t need We have grill , a nice big back and front yard, and a community pool. This is our family home, as we have a long term agreement with the owner, and have been here for many years. we do have dogs, so you must like dogs, and not be allergic to them If interested or would like more information please let me know. About the roomies We are not partiers, we are a quiet group my husband is 70 and I am 56, who are retired, Adam and Julia are in their 30s and Julia works from home during the day and Adam works nights so it's a quiet environment. we enjoy having BBQs with a family and friends . If your looking for a peaceful quiet place to enjoy nature lots of wild life and birds but have a quick 15 to 20 minute commute to Burlington, Williston, Essex Winooski or Colchester depending on which direction you go then this is the place for you ..
