I’m renting out one bedroom in a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house located in the Carrollwood area, just 22 minutes from Downtown Tampa. The house is in a quiet gated community, super peaceful and safe. Both my current roommate and I work a lot, so we’re rarely home — and when we are, you can barely tell! Our other roommate is moving to another city, so his room will be available starting in November.
