Ethan Has a House for Rent

Looking for a roommate for our house in NW Calgary, located at 40 Baker Crescent NW about a 10–15 minute walk to the train station and close to the University of Calgary. The room is available May 1st or mid-May (flexible) and comes with a bed and dresser (can be removed if you prefer your own setup). 💰 Rent: * $650/month * Utilities usually $70–$90 depending on the season 🏠 The House & Roommates: * 4 guys total (including Me) * 2 roommates (Kurt & Jayden, both 23 turning 24) are students at U of C — super quiet, mostly studying or at school, kurt has a internship this summer so will be away from house most of summer. * Me (23) and my roommate Et (23) both work in oil & gas and are gone most of the time: * I work a 20/10 schedule so 10 days in Calgary for each month * Et works a 24/7 schedule ➡️ This means the house is pretty empty most of the month 🎯 Vibe: * Chill, respectful, and low-drama * Usually quiet because of students, but we’re understanding if you stay up late, game, or have friends over * I do go out and come home late pretty often, but I always make sure to be respectful and keep noise down when getting back * We occasionally go out together for events if schedules line up * Friendly social circle, especially during summer (Stampede, Canada Day, etc.) We all skate/snowboard/ski/hike or just get active so if you’re down for that also a add on but also understand can’t make time for it 📅 Lease: * Looking for at least 3 months, but we’re flexible and open to working something out 🐾 Pets: * No pets currently * Open to discussion for a well-trained dog or cat Not listed or shown but that’s lots of storage around the house for any of your belongings Not listed or shown, we also have a 2 car garage in the backyard but usually leave it empty because we all work on our vehicles our selves Also lots of parking! ⸻ If you’re clean, respectful, and want a relaxed place that’s not packed with people all the time, this could be a great fit.
