Joe Has a Townhouse for Rent

Bedroom available for rent in downtown San Jose area. The room is part of a 2-story townhome about 1 mile from San Jose State University. The house includes a full kitchen, living room, upstairs common area, laundry room, and a small backyard patio. The home is air conditioned and heated. There is a garage though me and my partner have priority parking as the head roommates. Home is a quiet setting occupied by myself, a masters student, my partner, an education professional, and a third housemate, a tech professional. The house is often very quiet with occasional guests for dinner. The room for rent is a private room adjacent to the master bedroom and the bathroom will be shared with the third roommate mentioned earlier, who is male. The rent would be a sublease attached to our own which will end when July starts of 2027 and none of the current residents plan on renewing the main lease once it ends. The landlord will require a background and credit check as well.
