B. is Looking for a House to Rent

Respect for my personal space and time is a must. I am a kind, loyal, thoughtful 30 something year old with no tolerance for people who wish to take advantage of me or my immediate circle. That being said, I suppose I'm protective of the people around me as well. My biggest pet peeves include people who have to be "right" all the time or demand my attention, the type of messiness that causes my clumsy self to trip over things, and people who do not take proper care of their animals (shots, fed, etc). I value quality interactions and friends over a high volume of interactions and acquaintances. I can easily be the life of the party or a total hermit crab, depending on my vibe. Three things I can't live without: laughter, arts/crafts, and coffee/tea.
