My partner and I are writing to express our strong interest in the 1-bedroom flat in London. We are actively searching for a new home as our current living situation has become challenging, including issues with plumbing, and the Landlord wants to sell the house as soon as possible. We're looking for a comfortable, long-term home for just the two of us. Both my partner and I are professionals with a combined income of approximately £3,000 per month, and we are also currently studying on the side. We are quiet, clean, and respectful tenants who enjoy spending time at home. We are very keen to find a place where we can truly settle and create a clean, well-maintained living environment, which is not something we currently have.
