Nick is Looking for a House to Rent

My name is Nick, I'm 31 and just moved from Calgary to Vancouver, and friggen loving it aside from the overpriced (and over-rated) Airbnb pricing! I just started my newest business venture working with nonprofits all over Canada which is nearly ready to launch! My partner, Matthew, is 34 and went to school for cake decorating (so obviously a keeper, right?! Who doesn't love coming home to a house that smells like cupcakes all the time) Not to toot my own horn when I say that we are the dream team roomies! I haven't even gotten to the best part! Matthew and I have a 5 year old cat, Clancy who is honestly the best and most snugglable little guy ever! We have great references and enjoy being social but also are very respectful and appreciate everyone having their own space to wind down from the chaos that comes with life.
