I am 30 years old and work in sales. I am moving to the area for work and need a place to stay. I'd prefer somewhere I can stay long term but at least one year to establish myself in my new position. I have a 6 year old dog named Jax. He is incredibly friendly with people, he is however animal aggressive so if I was your roomie, he'd have to be the lone animal in the household.
