I only need a spot for Thursdays & Fridays. I'm usually out of town Saturday to Thursday. I'm not likely to stay the week between Saturday and Thursday so my roommate would have the place mostly alone. I like to keep all my stuff in one area as a small as possible & don't let anything outside my circle for long, so it's always clean around my zone. I don't mind sharing but I must be asked first & respected no matter the answer, I would do the same. I don't complain about much. I'm okay keeping to myself of being social so I'm fine by any mode. I'm very handy & can fix about anything I try to.
