Steven is Looking for a Room to Rent

I'm a 50 year old man with an 8 year old great Pyrenees dog desperate looking for any kind of rental 750 or less that will accept me and my dog I've been at my place for 4 years excellent reference but owner gave me 3 months to move cause their demolishing this house and next door to build an 8 plex on this corner lot and I have till Dec 15 to find something I don't smoke or drink I don't have a lot of people I'm old fashioned and easy to get along with I keep up on my dogs furr and take him for walks to do his deed or clean it up instantly. On assistance and I'm very useful around a house when it comes to maintaining the property itself during summer or winter. Please reach out I'm looking to move In for Dec 1 I currently live near Westmount I don't drive and i have like a bedroom size full of belongs.
