Luca is Looking for a Flat to Rent

We are an Italian couple relocating to Canada and we are looking for a place to rent in Vancouver starting February 19th. We are interested in a 3–6 month stay (up to a maximum of 9 months). I work as a personal trainer, and my partner is a project manager. We come with solid references, good financial stability, and a strong sense of responsibility when it comes to taking care of a home. We are looking for an entire place (house, suite, or laneway/coach house), ideally in Downtown Vancouver or nearby well-connected neighborhoods. We would like to know: • the requirements and conditions for renting the property • any documents you need from us • the house rules, payment methods, and security deposit details We are reliable, clean, and respectful tenants, and we would be happy to evaluate any option that fits our budget.
