Seferino is Looking for a House to Rent

Currently separated looking for living space that is affordable, I am recently separated and awaiting for my ex to refinance the house so that way, I have more liquid assets to find a permanent location. I am quiet and generally keep to myself, I work at home, fifty percent of the time unless there's not a viable internet connection, then I'll be working from the office full time. I currently live with a roommate, however, there is a child that can be quite noisy in the morning along with currently occupying the space in which their pets used to which makes it inconvenient for them. I work a full time job with a brokerage firm. I work early mornings, and am in bed by 9pm unless it's poker night on Thursday or Tuesday.
