Sung Has a House for Rent

Phil and Sung are a couple in their 50s. Phil speaks English, Spanish, and Korean. We are interested in talking with friends, travel, computer/internet, foreign cultures, camping, the outdoor. At Phil and Sung's guests can stay a minimum of 7 nights, and up to a maximum of 365 nights. [1 Bed 1 Bath (Private) - House] A quiet and safe neighborhood with a private, comfortable room. This room is designed for one person and includes a private, spacious bathroom, a storage closet, and basic furniture. [Monthly Rent: $950] Includes utilities (electricity, gas, water, Wi-Fi) Security Deposit: $500 Total Due Before Move-In: $1,450 (includes first month's rent, utilities, and deposit) Shared access to the kitchen and laundry area (washer and dryer included). Light snacks and cereal are provided. Free Wi-Fi included. Street parking available. Kitchen and laundry area require the use of your own personal items (detergent, cookware, etc.). [Quiet Hours] Quiet time must be observed between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
