Uni bike path is only 80m away. Fully renovated with brand new Kitchenette, large bedroom with double bed & built in robe, own laundry facilities and the large lounge dining area boasts a 55cm TV, comfortable leather lounge and a 4 seater dining table. There is a fold out sofa in the lounge room for a 3rd person a $20 fee will be charged to cover set up & linen. I do require half of the total booking amount prior to arrival and rest on arrival. For longer stays we can organise an agreed deposit. A security deposit of $200 will be charged on arrival and refunded on checkout. I live on site and am here to help you with your stay.
