Sonia Has a House for Rent

Welcome to Our Home Our cozy home is shared with my parents, Herlinda and Carlos Rios, and my brother, Albert Rios. I live in Rialto, CA, and will be your main point of contact during your stay. Herlinda and Carlos are retired and enjoy helping at a family ranch in Thousand Palms. Albert works as a handyman and pool technician, and his daughter visits every other weekend. The home has six bedrooms, with two available for short-term stays. Who We’re Looking For • Must provide at least 2 references • Comfortable using stairs • Maximum 2 people (including children) • No prior evictions Shared Spaces • Full and half bathrooms • Kitchen (schedule use in advance; space provided for your items) • Pool area (with advance notice) • Front living room and dining room Private / Non-Shared Spaces • Laundry room • Living room by the kitchen • Kitchen refrigerator • Garage and driveway (street parking available) House Etiquette We’re a friendly but independent household—everyone takes care of their own needs.
