Jaiden Has a Flat for Rent

This is a studio Share. There is no private bedroom. It's in Coney Island and the beach is across the street. I have a beautiful ocean view from my window ..so the apartment is one large big room and the kitchen and bathroom are separate . You would have to be ok with sharing an open space with me and not mind. Sort of like a larger college dorm type of set up....I'm very quiet and usually watch YouTube on my desktop computer. I don't bring company here. Also if we become roommates then you would have to be ok with no visitors... Laundromat and a gym is in the building.. let me know if your interested.. 800 per month.. 1600 to move in and max stay is 3 to 4 months unless we get along well and I decide to extend.
