Nuala Has a House for Rent

We live in a beautiful modern house. There are wooden floors in the bedrooms and wifi, wardrobes, desks, lockers, and lamps in the bedrooms. There is a main bathroom for guests' use and a toilet downstairs. We are a non-smoking family and there are no pets. We are in a wonderful location in gorgeous Glasnevin. We are a 15-minute walk from city centre or 10 minutes by bus. We are the perfect location for students: DCU (Dublin City University), St Patrick's College, and All Hallows College (all three are under the DCU umbrella), as well as city centre universities, are all close-by. DCU is 20 minutes away by bus, or about 39 minutes away walking. St Patrick's College is about 15 minutes away both by bus or walking. All Hallow's College is about 30 minutes walking or by bus. Trinity College Dublin (TCD) is about 22 minutes away by bus, or 38 minutes walking. DIT Grangegorman is about 20 minutes away by bus or walking. Glasnevin boasts plenty of amenities: the beautiful National Botanic Gardens are minutes' walk away, plenty of eateries and pubs in the area. There are a couple of particularly special spots to visit close-by - the perfect hidden Dublin gems: John Kavanagh's pub (or, as it is more commonly referred to - The Gravediggers) is right beside the Glasnevin Cemetary, a few minutes' walk from our home. Bang Bang Café is also within walking distance, a lovely little independent café in Phibsborough with an emphasis on delicious locally sourced food and drink. They also have vintage clothes for sale in the café. A cosy spot well worth a visit! Check in is after 1.30 PM Check out is before 12 AM Guests do not have use of the kitchen.
