The house is in a quiet cul de sac estate. The location is very well served by public transport. There is a bus stop right outside the house. Buses are frequent and will take you to Dublin City Centre. There is a Dart station a 6-minute walk away. Howth is less than 10 minutes away on the train. Howth is a beautiful fishing village on the coast. There are plenty of cosy cafés, pubs and delicious eateries in Howth. You can enjoy strolls along the piers, or take in the picturesque views from the summit of Howth Hill. The Dart will also take you to Dublin City Centre in about 19 or 20 minutes. The Dart stops on Pearse Street, at the rear entrance of Trinity College (TCD), as well as Tara Street and Connolly Station. DCU is about a 20-minute drive away, or more depending on traffic. In the area there are lots of choices for shopping: Donaghmede Shopping Centre, LIDL, and Clarehall Shopping Centre are all close-by. We are also close to a number of beautiful beaches in Portmarnock and Malahide. For cyclists, runners, joggers, and walkers, there is a newly extended promenade along the coast that is 5 minutes away.
