Upstairs bathroom almost exclusively available to the tenants with the exception of children’s bath time a couple of evenings per week. Large kitchen to cook own food with separate cupboard space and fridge for tenants. Washing machine and Tumble dryer available to tenants. Large driveway can accommodate tenants car with off-street parking. Property is located 5 minutes from the nearest bus stop and 15 minutes from the nearest train station. Property is one hour bus journey to Dublin city centre in the morning weekday traffic. High-speed broadband provided. Min 30-day stay, €200 deposit required to secure booking payable by Bank Transfer or through Paypal (this will be refunded before you leave). Rent then payable at the beginning of each month’s stay.
