Beautiful 2 bed apartment on the banks of the Royal canal. Situated in a nice quiet area with lots of amities right on your doorstep. Supermarket, artisan coffee shops, bars, yoga studios, tourist anttractions, all 5 min walk away at most. Matter hospital- 5 min walk Temple street hospital - 10 min walk Luas stop - 5min walk City centre 15- min walk. Bus stop routes to the city 3min walk. Several 3rd level colleges within walking distance. The room itself had a very cosy double bed, lots of wardrobe space and also has a study desk and chair. I’m Cormac, owner occupier, I work in sales and tend to travel for my job, I’m passionate about food and wine and love to cook.
