Phillip Has a Flat for Rent

Hi! I'm currently looking for a roommate for my apartment in Bath, which is only 15 minutes North of Lansing by car. As far as myself, I'm a clean and easygoing roommate, often keeping to myself and minding my own business. I work Tuesday-Friday most weeks, and regularly go out of town on weekends and occasionally my Mondays off. The apartment itself is part of the Somerset Park community, located just off of I69 at the Webster Rd exit. It's a 2 bed and 2 bath property, with 1122 total square feet. If you want to move in, you'll need to be put on the lease, but I'm more than willing to pay that fee. Please feel free to ask if you have any questions!
