I’m an executive at a highly successful tech company. I commute into NYC Tuesday through Thursday, and I spend most weekends in Norwalk with my two young daughters (ages 4 and 1.5), who live there with their mother. When I’m home, I balance an active lifestyle focused on health, wellness, and fitness with a strong social side — I enjoy hosting, going out, and keeping a fun, energetic vibe in the apartment.
