Our home has been filled with Refugees these past 3 years and now it is a little too quiet around here, so we are once again opening up our family home to share with others. Your space includes your own furnished bedroom, and a shared full bathroom with tub/shower combo. Carpets have been replaced less than 2 years ago and the paint is fresh. You will share the owners kitchen. The household is all males including the owner, a disabled 68 year old, a 35 year old professional from Ukraine, and the owners son, a 41 year old active community member who works from home. The ideal roomate to rent this space will be quiet but sociable, and while all their meals are not provided, will be welcomed to our table from time to time. The outdoor space features a lot of gardens, and green thumbs will feel at home. University Students may find this time be the perfect fit. For your convenience, a small bar fridge can be provided in the garage at no extra cost. Our home is not wheelchair accessible, however, we welcome differently abled folks without the need for wheelchair access. This room is on the top floor. The home and property are 100% smoke free. Vaping ok in private. We are unable to welcome cats due to allergies. We are casual, empathetic, sociable, LGBTQ friendly, and embrace learning about different cultures outside our own. $350 refundable damage deposit due at move in. Minimum 30 day rental.
