I’m a professional in my 20s, tidy, respectful, and easy-going. I enjoy a social chat and hanging out sometimes, but I also value personal space and a relaxed home. I like luxury touches and keeping my space clean and cosy, so I’m hoping to find a flatmate with similar vibes. Ideally another female in her 20s who’s responsible but also fun to live with. I’ve found a modern 3-bed, 2-bath flat in Hull city centre that I want to share. You’d get a spacious bedroom with your own bathroom. Rent is £415 + bills, which usually comes to around £585 all-in. Depending on usage, your total could be up to £620 a month, but ideally it would stay around £585 most of the time. The flat has high ceilings, big windows, and a really open feel. Since the third room is too small to fit a bed, I’d like to use it as a walk-in closet alongside the biggest bedroom. To keep things fair, I’d cover more rent at £435 + bills for me (around £615–£635 all-in). I’ll also be furnishing the living room with a sofa, rug, dining table, and TV to make it stylish and homely. You’d just need to furnish your own bedroom.
