Daria Has a Flat for Rent

I am looking for one male boarder for a mostly unfurnished apartment in a two-bedroom, 600 sq ft apartment in south Waltham, near Moody St.. There is a single bed mattress on a frame. I can help find more furniture. The kitchen has all the pots, pans, dishes you need. Close to Brandeis and Bently, not too far from other colleges and universities. He would be the only boarder, the owner lives in her own apartment downstairs. Earliest availability November 1, 2025. No off-street parking, but it’s a quiet side street and it’s not usually hard to find parking. Very close to the riverwalk. I’m looking for someone one quiet and responsible. Unfortunately, the apartment is not handicapped accessible; one full staircase. It also comes with a yard. I'd love to cut the rent for someone who really enjoys light garden and has experience with it.
