This newly renovated Las Vegas home is beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen comes equipped with a large modern fridge, sink, oven, gas stovetop, as well as upgraded appliances. There is a large shared dining area (which can double as a workspace) that includes a dining table with chairs, 2 large cozy armchairs with an end table and 2 barstools at the generous counter. In the backyard, there is a pool and patio area which includes cushioned outdoor seating and lounge chairs. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer and unscented, nontoxic laundry detergent is provided by the host. The neighborhood is quiet yet conveniently located and only about a 20-minute drive from The Strip in Las Vegas.
