Melissa Has a House for Rent

I am 36 years old, just moved back to Sacramento after living in Reno for the last 8 years. The house is 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, huge backyard, one car garage and laundry onsite. The house is currently in the middle of remodeling, but the room is available now. Kitchen is full of new appliances including dishwasher, oven, microwave , and stove top. There will also be a fridge outside for over flow or if we each want our own we can do that. There will be storage in garage if needed. The closet is small but I have extra dressers if needed or have an outside closet. About me , I go to school and currently home a lot. The house was my grandma's I'm here to help out . The lease is short , so perfect for someone who just needs a place for short time or traveling nurses. Can be fully furnished. Looking for someone who is respectful, no parties, dinners and small get together okay. I am 420 friendly, smoking of any kind outside. Light drinking okay. I'm only okay with dogs if they get along with mine and can be verified not fucking up furniture and potty trained.
