Hi there! I’m looking for a roommate to share my little two-story townhouse. It’s a quiet, comfy space with air conditioning, laundry, and plenty of free visitor parking with plug-ins. Rent is $900 plus $100 for utilities. I’m a pretty calm and tidy person, no parties here, and I’d really like to find someone who values a cozy, peaceful home too. The room’s on the smaller side, but it’s perfect for a student or anyone who just wants a warm, welcoming place to come back to. I’m very nerdy and the house reflects that, there’s a lot of fandom decor. I also have three cats who are sweet and full of personality, so no extra pets unfortunately since I’ve reached the pet limit. Ideally, I’d love to find not just a roommate, but a friend.
