Arden Has a House for Rent

My name is Arlo, I'm 22. My partner is Dev, they are 25! We are both queer folks. We are warm, welcoming people looking for a likeminded roommate for the next 6 to 12 months to rent our spare bedroom! We both work full time jobs from 9-6 and 8-5. When we get home, we typically make a quick dinner and wind down by watching some TV. We don't party, we don't smoke, and I might have a drink every once in a blue moon. We do have a cat, she is a devon rex which makes her much less irritating to cat allergies. My partner has a moderate cat allergy and she does not trigger their's at all! She is a sweet, clingy girl and loves attention and never swats or scratches. The bedroom we are offering is decently sized, with a large double door closet, large window, and a ceiling fan. The bathroom would be mostly private, save for guests needing to use it as it is the hall bathroom. We hardly have guests over though! Less than once a month, I'd say. There is a washer and dryer, a large fridge, a pantry, which we would make room for you to have a designated space in! Feel free to ask for any additional info at all!
