Michael Has a House for Rent

Renting out one furnished bedroom (except bedding), shared bath in Grand Terrace for one person. Full size bed, steel shelf, dresser and a 65" wall hung Samsung TV. It must remain furnished as I have no room to put the furniture anywhere else. Window ac and electric heater to set your own private temperature. Fast wifi, Netflix no ads, Paramount+ no ads Apple TV no ads, Prime no ads and Directv included. Utilities paid except 25% of the electricity. I had to add an electricity charge since CA rates are insane. Driveway parking. Extremely large above ground pool in the backyard. I have one friendly cat (very lazy). No pets please. I have a backhouse with two tenants. Two other room tenants besides myself in the front house and my 13 year old son every other week. He's a good kid and is quiet. One tenant is disabled and stays in her room almost the entire time. The other tenant works full time during the day and he's very chill and keeps to himself. The house is literally located in the most convenient spot in Grand Terrace. There's a Starbucks next door, a dance studio on the other side, McDonald's, Miguel's, Taco Bell, Autozone, Stater Bros and a Quik quack car wash are all within a 2 minute walk. Walgreens, a Thai place, a donut shop, Kaz Ramen and Grocery outlet are all within a 5 minute walk. There are 3 gas stations on the block. The 215 freeway is located a half mile west. A straight shot, no other streets to take. Light to moderate kitchen privileges. I have dishes and do not have room for anymore. Laundry room privileges. Newer washer and dryer. The living room is basically my room since i don't have one. It looks like a typical living room. I sleep in my son's room. Obviously people will be walking through the living room which I totally don't mind. I like to watch tv alone or with my son. Eating in the room is fine as I currently don't have a dining room table. I keep to myself and am chill. The shortest length tenant I've had was 16 months. The longest has been 7 years. Alcohol is ok in moderation. Buy no acting a fool. Nobody else in the house drinks. 420 is ok outside. No other drugs permitted. $850 a month plus a $425 security deposit. The security deposit is if you were to just bail out on me with no notice. A contract is required. Month to month. Showing your last paycheck stub is required. My back tenant and friend will be showing the room and house as he's the property manager.
