This large room has no shared walls. It is furnished sparsely and we can take furniture out if needed. The bathroom is shared with a lovely woman who keeps things very clean and leaves for work very early so there should never be a problem. There is also a 1/2 bath downstairs just in case! There are 2 living rooms + game room, kitchen with 2 fridges so you only share with 1 person. We have set up a small exercise space in the second living room. The home is on a cul-de-sac and is in a quiet neighborhood. We make our home a peaceful Oasis from the rest of the city.

The house is quiet the roommates are respectful. TVs are watched only in our bedrooms. We only listen to music on headsets or in rooms. This is a roommate situation. I have had some roommates, who became friends and others who were just roommates. When adults are living together quiet has to be the name of the game. You never know when someone has had to work late or has to get up early. I don't have music blasting throughout the house. Everyone participates in cleaning. Consideration goes a long way and that is something both Melanie and I are really good at and we only want people who also share that quality!
