Kai Has a House for Rent

MUST BE QUEER FRIENDLY To make a very long story short, I am in the middle of cleaning up the entire house so someone can live with me. It's very much a work in progress but if you are okay with that - especially if you are okay with helping - then feel free to message me right away. I am a nonbinary 30-something who just got a work at home job. I have one cat who unfortunately does not get along with other animals. I am also disabled, so cleaning on my own is going to take a lot longer than an able bodied person. That being said: I want to share the entire house with someone, I don't want to just lock you in a room and say you can't live in the space with me. There's two stories with two bathrooms, a kitchen, storage, shelves you can decorate alongside me, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, and a basement. The only place I don't want you in would be my bedroom, which I am sure is understandable. The price includes what I calculated to be all the utilities split in half plus the rent, but we can also just split every bill equally if you prefer. Food can be shared between both of us, I have an EBT card and I honestly love sharing food Couples are okay, and the bed is definitely big enough for two people.
