Kentarou Has an Apartment for Rent

So I am social and friendly but not looking for a best friend to hang out with. Past roommates would say Im really easy going, clean (but not a neat freak), and pretty flexible. The apt itself is large and utilities are usually like $150 extra for electricity, gas and wifi. I do usually head out on the weekends and am pretty quiet at night. I work the until 9 pm but always keep quiet in my room to be courteous. I don't want late night parties, loud music after and mess in shared areas (I have kept my apt cockroach and mice free even tho it's a prewar).
