We are a quiet, working middle-aged couple. Our children moved out of the house and we have a spare room available. The room was painted in October 2022 and the bed, the mattress, and the duvets are brand new. There is a desk, a new chair, and good WiFi. Big bathroom. Rear garden facing window, lots of natural light.10-minute walk to Aldi or SuperValue and the bus stop to Galway. It's a 40-minute drive to Galway. We have two indoor cats and an old springer spaniel - the tenant can't have any pet allergies. We don't smoke and don't accept smoking in our house. Room is available from 1.11.22. We require one month's deposit paid in advance. The monthly payment is €650 including all bills and utilities. Rent is payable in advance. Genuine references will be required and verified.
