Ian Has a House for Rent

Hi I am a single father to 3 lovely children. 2 boys, Harry is 14yrs old and Charlie is 13yrs old. Muireann is 11yrs old little girl. I run a busy household, there is always something going on. We have a lovely large back garden and friendly dog who stays in the kitchen in the house. Students have there own fridge and food storage cabinet. We are located close to city centre with numerous bus options which will bring you to most parts of the city. There are local shops/pharmacies/take away /sports complex's within minutes walk from the house. Students have use of the kitchen/laundry/bathroom as required. Students can bring bicycles and store in garage. All bills are included. House rules are listed
