Miriam Has a House for Rent

I live in Artane on the Northside of Dublin. TENANTS MUST BE FULLY COVID VACCINATED No Animals in my house RENT - to be paid in advance per week from date of arrival plus one week’s deposit (which will be refunded at date of leaving) BED LINEN & TOWELS - will be supplied every two weeks from date of arrival Free Wi-Fi Washing Machine available Kitchen available to cook in I have a large garden at the back of my house and car parking space for an extra car at the front. My house has an alarm and I have a garage which is also alarmed, to store bicycles. There is a main bus stop 5 minutes walk from my house. with buses going directly into town and cross city. In rush hour the bus takes approx. 30 minutes to reach the city centre, off peak times, it is about 15/20 minutes. The city centre is 5k from my house, the beach is 5k from my house and there is a large park 3k from my house. The DART is approx. 20 minutes walk from my house. At the bus stop returning from the city centre there is a SPAR shop and Pharmacy. There is a small shopping centre 5 minutes walk from my home with a TESCO, 1 Pharmacy, a Penneys (Primark) shop, a bookshop, a cafe, a bakery, a hairdressers, a Post Office and a juice bar. There is a LIDL shop also and a MR PRICE shop. There is also a MacDonalds.
