Jennifer Has a Room for Rent

I live alone now in a 3 bedroomed cottage, overlooking Dublin Port. Dublin city centre is a short bus ride or even a nice walk away. It is 3.5 Km to Trinity College. 12 mins by car or 40 mins walk. There is also a frequent bus. There is a big park behind with lots of sports facilities. Sandymount beach is close by too. I have a spare room downstairs with a double bed, next to the kitchen, with an ensuite and shower. No meals included but use of Kitchen. Deposit of €300 to be paid up front to secure dates, after booking we can arrange this. This will come off first month then balance to be paid on arrival. Cancellation a month or more deposit refunded. Cancellation less than month deposit not refunded.
