Single room with a sea view available to rent . Room has a single bed, wardrobe, desk, chair and bedside locker. Full use of kitchen, laundry etc. Shared family bathroom but we have our own en suite which is the main one used by the family. We have a large beautiful house with plenty of space, 2 different living rooms and a huge back garden. Sutton dart station is a 2 minute walk and it is a 20 minute train ride to the city centre so very convenient for Trinity and any other city centre colleges. Family is two adults and 2 young boys. Walking distance to supermarket, cafes, restaurants, pubs, beach, Howth village. Beautiful coastal walks, very safe area We are a busy but relaxed and friendly household and have hosted students for 5 years now. Females preferred. All bills and wifi included in the price. Rental periods preferred are September to January or to May or January to May. Shorter stays considered over the summer months.
